2024-... Sterilforsyningskjeden Nye SUS, Norway, Cowi - ongoing

Responsible project manager for implementing “Sterilforsyningskjeden” for Nye SUS with deadline 2025, incl. logistics and CSSD, Centralized Sterile Service Department. The new CSSD is the key project for being able to open a new hospital.

Project covers elements such as implementing new regional software solution, physical installation of process equipment and an automated storage solution, supply chain to and from the CSSD and external locations for healthcare activities, roadmap for relocation and parallel operation of existing and new facilities while ramping up new production. Core elements in the plan are coordination towards building project, validation of process equipment, SAT test of automation equipment, relocation of equipment and personnel, introducing new processes and handling the operational readiness planning.
